Our verdict

JobCopilot is a working service with a sensible premise: apply only on official company career pages, every day, with an optional review step. Its public reviews are poor, though, and the refund window is narrow. Use the review step at first, and report any technical problem within 7 days.

Good fit for: Job seekers who want daily applications on company career pages with the option to review each one, and who can judge within the first week whether it works for them.

What it does well

  • Applies only on official company career pages, by its own description
  • Optional review before applying
  • Learns from answers you edit
  • Per-day starting prices and plan limits are published
  • Replies to 95% of negative Trustpilot reviews, usually within 24 hours

Where it falls short

  • Tailored resumes only on the Elite plan
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly totals aren't shown on the pricing page
  • Refunds only for technical issues reported within 7 days
  • Trustpilot 2.1 from 98 reviews, 55% of them 1-star (October 12, 2026)
  • Users report closed or low-level postings

Tolta competes with JobCopilot. We’ve tried to be fair: every fact below links to JobCopilot’s own pages, its terms, Trustpilot or public user reports, and we say where JobCopilot does something well. We haven’t run a paid trial of JobCopilot yet. This review is based on public sources checked on October 12, 2026, and we’ll update it after hands-on testing.

If you’re comparing tools that auto-apply to jobs for you, JobCopilot is one of the closest to Tolta in approach: both apply on employers’ own career pages rather than on job boards. For other options, see our JobCopilot alternatives and our AIApply review.

Is JobCopilot legit?

Yes. JobCopilot is run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd, a Singapore company. Its “copilot” searches company career pages every day and autofills applications for you, with an option to review first. Public reviews are weak: 2.1 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 98 reviews on October 12, 2026. Complaints are about value and refunds, not a fake product.

From JobCopilot’s homepage, the flow is:

  1. Set up a copilot once with your target roles and preferences.
  2. It “looks for new jobs posted daily on over 500,000 company career pages” and says it “exclusively applies to verified jobs on official company career pages”. It doesn’t name the boards.
  3. It “autofills applications on your behalf”, with “the option to review before applying”.
  4. When you edit its answers, the copilot “learns how you respond and improves over time”.

A separate Chrome extension autofills forms on other sites, where you review and submit the application yourself.

How much does JobCopilot cost?

As of October 2026, JobCopilot’s pricing page shows two plans priced per day. Premium starts at $0.93 a day, with one copilot and up to 20 job matches daily. Elite starts at $1.05 a day, with three copilots, up to 50 matches daily, a tailored resume for every application and credits to contact hiring managers. No free trial is listed.

Plan Starts from Copilots Matches per day Tailored resume
Premium $0.93/day 1 Up to 20 No (resume builder only)
Elite $1.05/day 3 Up to 50 Yes, every application

The refund terms are narrow. From the terms, section 6: refunds “may be offered only if JobCopilot is notified within the first 7 days from the start of the subscription of a technical issue that prevents proper use of the service.” Later requests aren’t considered, and for verified issues JobCopilot may extend your usage period instead of refunding. A sense that it’s not working for you is not, on its own, a technical issue.

What do JobCopilot users say?

JobCopilot’s public feedback leans negative. On October 12, 2026, Trustpilot showed 2.1 from 98 reviews, 55% of them 1-star and 29% 5-star, and noted that JobCopilot hasn’t asked for reviews recently, so they may not be representative. Complaints center on charges and cancellation, high volume with few interviews, and irrelevant or closed jobs.

Paraphrased from Trustpilot and Reddit:

  • Billing and cancellation. Disputed charges and cancellation problems are the most common Trustpilot theme.
  • Stale or junior postings. In a Reddit comparison thread, one user said that after two weeks it showed mostly low-level roles and many postings that were no longer active, including one they’d interviewed for months earlier.
  • Low volume. A short Reddit review said it “barely applied for any jobs”.

The positives are real too. Reviewers credit the time saved and the tracker, and JobCopilot’s support is visibly active: it replies to 95% of negative Trustpilot reviews, typically within 24 hours. That’s a better record than several rivals.

Who is JobCopilot a good fit for?

JobCopilot suits job seekers who want applications sent daily on company career pages, at a published per-day starting price, and who’ll use the review option to check quality. Since refunds hinge on a technical issue reported within 7 days, test it hard in the first week. It’s a weaker fit if you need tailored resumes on the cheaper plan.

It’s a reasonable fit if:

  • You want daily applications without job-board automation.
  • You’ll turn on review before applying, at least at first.
  • You’re willing to pay for Elite if per-application resume tailoring matters.

Stale postings are a category-wide problem, not only JobCopilot’s. Our guide to ghost jobs explains how to spot them.

How is Tolta different?

Tolta also applies on employers’ own forms. It reads new postings directly on named career boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Rippling, Workable and Teamtailor), tailors both your CV and cover letter for every job, and holds an application to ask you once when a form needs an answer it doesn’t have. Tolta is pre-launch and hasn’t announced prices.

The differences that matter most against JobCopilot:

  • Named boards. Tolta lists the career boards it reads. Auto-apply is live on Workable, Rippling and Teamtailor, with more boards being switched on.
  • Tailoring on every application. It isn’t gated to a higher plan.
  • Ask once, reuse. JobCopilot learns from answers you edit after the fact; Tolta holds the application and asks before sending. What it never auto-fills is on our safety page.
  • Your own application address. Each user gets a personal application email address, and replies land in an in-app inbox.

Where JobCopilot is ahead: it’s live, its per-day prices are published, it offers mock interviews and hiring-manager outreach, and its support replies quickly to complaints. For a broader comparison, see the best AI job application tools.

Frequently asked questions

Is JobCopilot legit or a scam?

JobCopilot is a legitimate service run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd in Singapore. It finds jobs on company career pages and autofills applications for you. We wouldn't call it a scam. Its public reviews are weak, though: 2.1 on Trustpilot from 98 reviews on October 12, 2026, with complaints about charges, few interviews and irrelevant or closed jobs.

How much does JobCopilot cost?

As of October 2026, JobCopilot's pricing page shows Premium from $0.93 a day, with one copilot and up to 20 matches daily, and Elite from $1.05 a day, with three copilots, up to 50 matches daily and a tailored resume for every application. It offers weekly, monthly and quarterly plans but doesn't show their totals publicly.

Can I get a refund from JobCopilot?

Only in a narrow case. JobCopilot's terms say refunds 'may be offered only if JobCopilot is notified within the first 7 days from the start of the subscription of a technical issue that prevents proper use of the service.' Later requests aren't considered, and for verified issues it may extend your usage period instead of refunding.

Does JobCopilot apply without my approval?

By default, the copilot autofills and submits applications daily on your behalf. JobCopilot offers an option to review before applying and to save applications for review. Its Chrome extension works differently: on other sites, you review and submit the application yourself. We haven't verified either flow hands-on yet.

Does JobCopilot tailor my resume?

On the Elite plan. JobCopilot's pricing page lists 'Tailor your Resume for every application' as an Elite feature; Premium includes a resume builder and a cover letter builder but not per-application resume tailoring. If tailoring matters to you, compare the two plans before paying.

Does JobCopilot apply on LinkedIn?

JobCopilot says it 'exclusively applies to verified jobs on official company career pages', which is different from automating LinkedIn. We didn't find any LinkedIn auto-apply claim on its homepage. That matters because LinkedIn's own rules prohibit bots and automation tools on its site.

What's a good JobCopilot alternative?

If you want to approve every application, JobAssist and Sprout work that way. If you'd rather submit yourself, Simplify's autofill extension is free. Tolta, our product, also applies on employers' own career pages, tailors the CV for every job and asks you instead of guessing; it's pre-launch. See our JobCopilot alternatives page.
