   Anything uncertain is held, not guessed.

   Before Tolta submits, every question on the employer’s form must map to an answer you gave or to something your CV supports. If one doesn’t, the application waits and you get that one question. A bad match costs a match; a wrong answer can cost an offer.

   It applies on the employer’s form, never through LinkedIn automation.

   LinkedIn’s user agreement forbids bots and automated access, and accounts using them can be restricted. Tolta applies on the public application pages employers build on their own ATS, so your LinkedIn account is never involved.

   Work authorization is re-confirmed on a clock.

   Your answer about authorization and sponsorship carries a confirmation date and an expiry. When it lapses, auto-apply pauses until you confirm it again, so an out-of-date answer is never sent.

   Self-identification stays voluntary, encrypted and out of matching.

   EEO and self-identification answers are optional, stored encrypted and kept apart from the rest of your profile. They are never used to match you to jobs and never shown to recruiters. “Prefer not to answer” for all of them is a first-class choice.

   Some answers are never auto-filled.

   Jurisdiction rules run before any form is touched. On US applications Tolta never fills in your past salary, never stores criminal history and never attaches a photo.

   Preferences stay yours.

   What you prefer, like company size or industry, shapes your matches but is never submitted to employers. Only your answers to the employer’s actual questions are.

   Your application address is yours for good.

   The email address Tolta applies from is used only for your job search and is never reassigned to anyone else, even after you close your account.
