What is AI auto-apply?
AI auto-apply is software that finds job postings and submits applications for you. Tools differ in where they apply (LinkedIn Easy Apply or the employer’s own form), whether they tailor your CV, and what they do when a form asks something they don’t know. Tolta applies on the employer’s form and asks you instead of guessing.
Is auto-apply safe?
It depends on where and how a tool applies. Automating LinkedIn breaks LinkedIn’s user agreement and can get your account restricted. Applying on the employer’s public form doesn’t touch LinkedIn. The other risk is wrong answers sent in your name, which is why Tolta holds any application it can’t answer truthfully.
Can employers tell an application was sent by Tolta?
The employer receives your name, your CV, your cover letter and your answers, entered into their own form, the same way a careful applicant would. Some ATS vendors run fraud checks; Tolta only ever enters your real details and never disguises who is applying.

As many as there are roles that fit your dealbreakers on the boards Tolta covers, and no more. Tolta doesn’t pad volume with roles outside your location, seniority or salary floor, because a bad match wastes your reputation with that employer.
