What is an AI job finder?
An AI job finder collects job postings and ranks them against your profile so you don’t have to search every site yourself. Tolta’s job finder reads company career boards directly, filters roles by your hard limits, and explains why each match fits.
Where does Tolta find jobs?
On the applicant-tracking boards behind company career pages: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Rippling and Teamtailor. It does not scrape LinkedIn or Indeed, and it doesn’t rely on reposts from aggregators.
How is a dealbreaker different from a preference?
A dealbreaker excludes a job outright: wrong location, salary below your floor, wrong seniority, or a role that needs sponsorship you don’t have. A preference only changes ranking. You edit preferences when a match looks wrong, and they are never sent to employers.
Does Tolta find hidden jobs?
Many roles appear on a company’s own board before, or instead of, the big job sites. Reading those boards directly is how Tolta surfaces them early. It can’t see roles that are never posted anywhere, which are filled through referrals and networking.
Do I have to fill in a long profile first?
No. You upload a CV, and Tolta writes the obvious answers as sentences for you to confirm. A field earns a place only if it excludes jobs, gets typed into an employer form, or changes what Tolta writes.
