Tolta fills the employer's own application form with your details, your tailored CV and your answers. What the employer receives carries your name, not ours. It does not automate LinkedIn, so there is no LinkedIn account at risk.

Where do the jobs come from?

From company career pages and the applicant-tracking boards behind them: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Rippling and Teamtailor. Tolta reads them continuously, so postings show up soon after they go live instead of weeks later as reposts on aggregators.

What happens when a form asks something Tolta doesn't know?

The application is held. You get one question, in context, and your answer is saved so the next form that asks the same thing gets it automatically. Nothing is submitted with a guessed answer.

Can I review an application before it is sent?

Yes. Auto-apply is a setting you turn on. With it off, every tailored application waits for your go-ahead. With it on, only the uncertain ones wait for you.

How do I know an application actually went through?

What happens to my data?
